Salary:

Clinical Therapist -Outpatient / IOP / Addiction Treatment / Mental Health

HealthPath Medical & Psychiatric Care provides compassionate, evidence-based medical and behavioral health services. Were seeking a clinician-leader to join our team as a Clinical Therapist & Therapy Operations Lead. This role combines direct clinical work with oversight of therapy operations to support high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide individual and/or group therapy (based on program needs and your strengths)
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with psychiatry, medical providers, and external referral sources
• Support care across levels of careprimarily outpatient, with preference for experience in IOP and/or residential addiction treatment coordination

Therapy Operations & Program Oversight

• Oversee day-to-day therapy operations: intake flow, scheduling processes, caseload distribution, and service delivery standards
• Maintain documentation standards and support consistent, timely clinical charting
• Support onboarding, training, and clinical consultation for therapy staff (as applicable)
• Participate in program development and workflow improvements, especially related to addiction and co-occurring care
• Track basic outcomes and contribute to continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active license in good standing (examples include LPC/LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, or state equivalent)
• Experience providing evidence-based therapy (individual and/or group)
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working primarily onsite in a collaborative medical/psychiatric practice

Preferred Experience

• Outpatient behavioral health experience strongly preferred
• Experience with IOP and/or residential addiction treatment(or strong familiarity coordinating transitions between levels of care)
• Substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders experience
• Group facilitation experience
• Leadership background (team lead, program coordinator, clinical supervisor, etc.)

Work Location

• This position is primarily onsiteat our HealthPath location
• Some telehealthsessions may be available based on scheduling, caseload needs, and clinical appropriateness

Employment Options

We are open to:

• W-2 salaried employment(full-time employee), or
• 1099 contract(full-time equivalent)
