Job description:

We are seeking a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical operations, patient care services, and administrative functions across O&P clinics and affiliated locations. This position collaborates with the CEO to implement organizational goals, ensure regulatory compliance, improve clinical performance, and support high-quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients through interviews, examinations, measurements, and assessments to determine orthotic and prosthetic needs.
• Design, fit, test, and evaluate orthotic and prosthetic devices to ensure proper function, fit, and comfort.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the use, care, and maintenance of prescribed devices.
• Perform patient casting and modify molds as necessary for device fabrication.
• Adjust, repair, rebuild, and modify orthotic and prosthetic devices as needed.

Requirements:

• ABC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) or Board-Eligible Prosthetist Orthotist.
• Eligibility to perform all scope-of-practice duties established by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and orthotic/prosthetic principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred:

• Experience ranging from immediate post-residency/board-eligible status to multiple years of clinical experience as a practicing CPO.
• Experience in device fabrication, modification, and advanced patient care management.
• Prior experience mentoring clinical staff or orthotic fitters.
