License: RN license required

Certifications: BLS required, PALS preferred

Must-Have: Pediatric Operating Room, ambulatory Operating Room, and pediatric trauma experience are required.

Description: Interview availability is required for this position. On-call requirements include 1 shift every 6-8 weekends. Weeknight call is required 1 time a week, Monday to Thursday. Holiday coverage is as operationally needed. BLS certification from AHA is required. Candidates must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last three years in the specialty. Pass/fail testing will be required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam must be passed prior to start. Additional competencies may be required based on equipment used. Travelers must have an active telemetry competency on file. Travelers should follow the schedule outlined in their welcome letter. The facility provides specialized care in a healing environment designed for pediatric patients and their families.
