Customer Service Representative- Field Services

Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative – Field Services at Invitation Homes, your role involves providing administrative support, customer service, and maintenance solutions to residents and partners in a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and the task center daily to ensure timely response to work requests and communications. Managing the Maintenance Technician and/or Superintendent daily schedules and assignments for optimal efficiency. Serving as the first point of contact for maintenance‑related resident concerns and collaborating with internal teams to ensure corrective action. Reviewing and approving or declining work order proposals within the approval limit, verifying scope, documentation, and pricing. Coordinating vacant utility issues to activate utilities promptly. Managing and facilitating eviction schedules, personal property holds, and coordinating clean‑outs or property removal. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions. Experience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpful. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective customer service and conflict‑resolution skills. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. Salary Range $17.90 – $31.03 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation within the range is dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Benefits Competitive pay and an annual bonus program.
