Qualifications

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive physical therapy services. This includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Licenses and Certifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification
- Current CPR certification is preferred

Qualifications
Education : A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Experience : 0-1 years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise methods, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
• Keep precise and current records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
