A rare opportunity exists for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Nashville boutique opening in September 2026 . The Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager in leading a team of passionate brand ambassadors whilst embodying the Zimmermann brand: bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Job Requirements Proven experience in a similar leadership role or client service environment Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail. Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong, genuine relationships with team members and clientele. Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.
