Ultimate Comfort Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC! - Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system layout
- Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and ductwork to new and replacement systems
- Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
- Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Working knowledge of ductwork fabrication, refrigerant systems, and electrical connections
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude
