• Champions Instruction: You are passionate about coaching teachers through the Ohio Principal Evaluation System (OPES) and leveraging TBTs/BLTs to move the needle on student achievement.
• Fosters a Positive Climate: You are an advocate for Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) and Restorative Practices, ensuring our school remains a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
• Embraces Innovation: You have the "coaching heart" necessary to lead staff through systemic changes and the analytical mind to use data to inform our building's priorities.
