Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Medical Assistant in Long Beach, CA.

This is an on-site contract opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Position Highlights:

· Pay: $22 to $24/hour

· Type: Five-Month Contract, possibility of an extension

· Location: Long Beach, CA

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

· Room patients and prepare them for their appointments.

· Assist with patient intake and collect required patient information.

· Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

· Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.

· Communicate professionally with patients regarding appointments and clinic needs.

· Support providers and clinical staff with daily patient care activities.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.

· Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and patient confidentiality procedures.

· Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients.

· Multitask effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications:

· Medical Assistant certification required.

· Previous Medical Assistant experience required.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
