We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC ) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio. Full‑time Opportunity Option One: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Johnstown and Tuscany. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Option Two: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Westerville and Johnstown. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Option Three: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Tuscany and Reynoldsburg. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities Qualifications Speech‑Language Pathologist license in state of employment Masters Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Valid ASHA Certification 1‑2 years of experience preferred.
