Solutions Engineer

Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage migrations from legacy platforms to new software, conduct deep-dive demos, and ensure smooth transitions while translating technical capabilities into business value. Key responsibilities Own technical discovery, deep-dive demos, and sandboxes for prospects and customers throughout their migration journey Partner closely with Customer Success to facilitate smooth migrations and quick realization of value post-migration Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration guides, and talk tracks to streamline pre-sales and post-sales processes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role Strong technical depth with the ability to demo complex products and address technical questions effectively Experience managing relationships with large, complex organizations, preferably with a technical enterprise product Understanding of security, compliance, and IT processes at large enterprises relevant to migration support A collaborative, low-ego, self-starter approach, with comfort in navigating ambiguity and evolving programs
