We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 414 unit residential community in Marietta, GA. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a team that takes pride in maintaining a high-quality property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Assist with unit turns and turnkey renovations
- Ensure units are ready for new residents by meeting quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues
- Must have own tools
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
