\nWe’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants a balanced workweek and the opportunity to impact a tight-knit Oregon community.
\nYou’ll step into a clinical role focused on providing direct care to individuals and families, screenings, assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordination with other providers. This role offers full-time hours, autonomy in your clinical work, and a strong support staff to help you thrive.
\nYou’ll practice in Boardman, Oregon, a charming community along the Columbia River, known for its agriculture, economic growth, and scenic outdoor lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits
\n• Base salary: $73,900 – $111,600 (DOE)
\n • $5,500 sign-on bonus
\n • $4,000 relocation assistance (if relocating 100+ miles)

\n • 12 vacation days + 9 paid holidays + 2 mental health days
