In this role, you will ensure the functionality and upkeep of our club equipment and facilities, performing preventive maintenance and repairs to create a safe and welcoming environment for our members.Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/FlexibleKey Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on cardio equipment, weight machines, tanning beds, hydro massage beds, and more.Maintain mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical components.Complete facility upkeep tasks such as painting and general repairs.Coordinate with management to arrange external services for warranties, inspections, and extensive repairs.Follow and execute maintenance schedules (annual, monthly, and weekly, etc.).Provide exceptional customer service by resolving facility and equipment concerns promptly.Address emergency maintenance requests with urgency.Submit weekly reports for your assigned club.Participate in special projects as needed.What We're Looking For:Requirements:Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time between 4 club (Nazareth, Easton, Bethlehem, and Mount Pocono)High school diploma/GED (required).Must be at least 18 years old.Knowledge of facility maintenance and repair processes.Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.Basic computer proficiency.CPR Certification (preferred).Ability to work on gym/workout equipmentPhysical Demands:Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs (occasionally over 80 lbs).Exposure to toxic chemicals (infrequent).Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.Talking in person or via phone throughout the shift.This job description is not intended to be a complete list of all responsibilities, duties, or skills required for the job and is subject to review and change at any time, with or without notice.
