Deine Aufgaben Steuerliche Beratung im Rahmen von Transaktionen gehrt seit Jahren zu unserer Expertise. Werde Teil unseres Teams in Deutschland an einem der Standorte Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, Leipzig, Dortmund, Essen, Bremen, Nrnberg, Freiburg, Dsseldorf, Kln, Mannheim, Stuttgart oder Mnchen bzw. bei dir zu Hause. Du bertst in allen steuerlichen Fragen zu Unternehmenskufen und -verkufen sowie zu Umstrukturierungen von Private Equity Investoren, Konzernen oder Infrastrukturunternehmen. Dabei bernimmst du vielfltige Aufgaben: Beratung von Due Diligence, Strukturierung, Funds Flow, Finanz- und Steuermodellen und Kaufvertrgen Leitung des Projekts gemeinsam mit dem:der zustndigen Partner:in von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Abrechnung Coaching von Teammitgliedern, damit diese ihr volles Potential entfalten knnen Mitarbeit in (internationalen) Innovations- oder Technologieprojekten sowie die Begleitung von Steuerrechtsentwicklungen und -trends sowie deren Auswirkungen
Dein Skillset Steuerberaterexamen oder Fachanwalt fr Steuerrecht Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen und internationalen Steuerrecht Mindestens C1-Niveau in Deutsch und Englisch Dein Mindset Agil: Du bist der Meinung, dass eine flexible Denkweise genauso wichtig fr den Erfolg ist wie Wissen und Fhigkeiten.
