Required Skills:

• Valid and current CRNA certification/license
• Proven experience administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
• Skilled in airway management, including intubation
• Proficient in managing anesthesia for neurosurgical and spinal cases
• Strong understanding of perioperative patient care from pre-op to post-op
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Capable of working independently under supervision

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within a hospital-level trauma center
• Familiarity with Epic EMR or similar electronic record systems
• Previous exposure to neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience in a surgical setting
• Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start by 05/05/2026
• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week, with shifts of 8 or 10 hours
• Works either Monday or Friday weekly; no on-call duties required
• Compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards
• Willingness to operate within a hospital-based environment, contributing to approximately 50 surgical cases per day
• Must be able to respond to emergencies and provide airway management as needed
• Credentialing timeframe estimated at 90-120 days
• Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses when applicable

Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25
