Job responsibilities:

• Review pertinent lab values and clinical data to inform nutrition recommendations.
• Assess nutritional status and develop nutrition care plans aligned with clinical needs.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Support discharge nutrition planning and provide follow-up recommendations as applicable.
• Collaborate with providers to support diet orders and nutrition-related care planning.
