Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes. Deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards. Act as a patient advocate, address concerns, provide education, and communicate with families and care providers. Contribute to performance improvements by suggesting solutions and supporting change initiatives. Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership growth. Mentor and support the development of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment. Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, demonstrating integrity and accountability. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). Current BLS certification and RN licensure (single or multi-state). All certifications required upon hire.
