Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter member and provider data into Centene systems.
• Review, track, and process provider change requests and doctor selection forms received through member portals and internal work queues.
• Perform membership updates and member reassignment activities related to provider terminations.
• Initiate provider termination notices and coordinate impacted member communications.
• Manually assign providers for members when auto-assignment processes are unsuccessful.
• Identify and report provider selection errors found within system workflows.
• Retrieve, review, and process returned mail and related documentation.
• Process initial provider and member claim information accurately and timely.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets while handling high-volume workloads.
• Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure data integrity.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Enter and validate member/provider claim information.
• Review electronic queues and process requests.
• Complete membership and provider record updates.
• Monitor workflow volumes and meet production expectations.
• Work independently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
• Collaborate with leadership regarding quality or processing issues.
