This position operates in a temperature‑controlled, refrigerated environment and requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Schedule This position operates on a second‑shift schedule , typically Saturday through Tuesday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM . This role is subject to operational needs , and start times, end times, or scheduled workdays may vary. Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required as business demands change. Key Responsibilities Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse Pack products safely and efficiently using proper materials, including temperature‑sensitive handling Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards are met Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage in a food‑handling environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete required safety and operational training on time Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation Qualifications Required: Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 36°F) Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or food‑handling experience Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workbridge LLC
