Job Description Job Description ASSEMBLERS Automation Personnel Services is seeking detail-oriented Assembler s for a leading firearms manufacturer. In this role, you will assemble precision firearm components using hand tools and assembly equipment while working in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience who enjoy working with small parts and producing a high-quality finished product. Pay Rate $18.44 per hour Schedule and Hours 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM Assemblers Duties and Responsibilities • Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards. • Use hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks. • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy. • Meet daily production quotas and performance goals in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assemblers Qualifications and Requirements • Previous assembly experience required. • Experience working with small parts and hand tools. • Ability to work in a quota-driven production environment. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
