Job Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate information, support, and solutions.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer and service records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Provide administrative support, data entry, and documentation assistance as needed.
• Assist with basic accounting, billing, and financial-related tasks.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Anticipate customer needs, take initiative, and complete tasks independently.
• Collaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and providing professional customer support.
• Accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or financial support experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when completing tasks.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent use of a telephone, keyboard, and office equipment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 20-40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
