Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed)

Location: Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a Funeral Director license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Outside sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be licensed or willing to quickly obtain an insurance licenseas required by state regulations.
• Valid good standing driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently strong preferred but not required
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet with families to present pre-need funeral and cremation options.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with families.
• Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
• Develop community connections through networking, events, and outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Participate in training and ongoing development.
• Track activity utilizing company CRM and report results to leadership.
• Complete contracts, paperwork, and payments accurately and on time.
