Maintenance TechnicianDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing company in Mora, MN. In this role, you’ll support facility and equipment reliability in a production environment, helping minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Read below for more information!Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsInspect facility equipment regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdownsTroubleshoot and repair printing and packaging machinery to reduce downtimeComplete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventoryPartner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performanceFollow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)Must have 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environmentMust have strong mechanical aptitude with some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigerationMust have experience working with power/hand tools and tape measuresAbility to work independently and stay goal-orientedUnderstanding of production operations and workplace safety requirementsReliable attendance and transportation to the Mora, MN facilityAbility to follow safety policies and company proceduresEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
