Licensed Mental Health Therapist — LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

Composed Mind Therapy is a growing private mental health practice in Manasquan, NJ, seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our team.

This position is ideal for a clinician who wants the flexibility and autonomy of private practice without having to build a caseload, manage billing, or handle the administrative demands of running a solo practice.

We offer a hybrid work structure, flexible scheduling, steady client referrals, and administrative support so clinicians can spend more of their time focused on providing excellent therapy.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or adolescents based on your areas of competence and interest

Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner

Maintain professional, ethical, and licensing standards

Coordinate care with other professionals when clinically appropriate

Maintain an agreed-upon caseload and schedule

Qualifications

Active New Jersey LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualifying independent behavioral-health license

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Reliable, professional, and committed to ethical clinical practice

Outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred
