NHA Nursing Home Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NHA Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 103-bed facility, providing exceptional care to our residents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. NHA Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including administrative, clinical, and support services
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage and lead a team of nursing staff, including supervising and mentoring staff members
Coordinate with hospital and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care
Monitor and improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff performance
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscally responsible decision-making
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
NHA Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:
LNHA Certification required in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing home administration or related role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
