You'll get to:Analyze business needs and lead the creation of software solutions that meet those needs.Prepare flow charts, business process management (BPM) workflows, and systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis throughout the project lifecycle.Responsible for preparing design documentation and ensuring that functional and technical documentation meets requirements.Designs, and documents software/solution according to SBD-IT systems standards, policies and procedures.Leads and reviews necessary testing activities and provide guidance on configuration and coding when needed.Works with business stakeholders and user groups to select or create appropriate scenarios to determine whether system changes met project specifications; assists end users in acceptance testing.Provides technical assistance where needed to ensure timely resolution of incidents or issues.Ensures execution plan is on track and reports any major deviations in budget or timeline.Effectively plans and integrates new products with the existing IT landscape.Review, guide, troubleshoot and resolve contentious issues escalated during implementation.Leads the development of operating procedures and user manuals for transition into routine operations.Enable building of knowledge databases for technology, solutions and domain areas.Leads tasks with architecture, application services, infrastructure, release management and other relevant stakeholders to enable a smooth deployment.Continuously works on capturing and transferring tacit knowledge to vendors and knowledge management systems.Works with outside partners and vendors to ensure SBD requirements are met.Performs various admin duties for user groups as needed.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
