Thomasville, GA | $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour

A well-established machine company is looking for a welder to be responsible for precision welding a variety of stainless steel and aluminum machinery. You must be a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing client expectations. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of welding machinery and a steady hand. For over 40 years, this company has been serving clients

Responsibilities

• Mig and Tig welding machinery
• Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job
• Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors
• Complete additional tasks as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Be dependable and punctual
• Previous MIG and TIG welding
• Pass a MIG and TIG welding test
• Stand for long periods of time
• Have a reliable form of transportation
• Lift and move 50 pounds periodically
• Have a clean background check
• Wear PPE, including steel toed boots and a helmet
• Have attention to detail
• Work well in a non-conditioned warehouse
• Have a clean drug screen
• Multitask and time manage well

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. May come in at 6 AM soemtimes
