Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Qualifications: • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Compensation: $16 - $22 hourly
