Responsibilities Execute CRM and sales pipeline hygiene to keep institutional and commercial leads accurate. Coordinate complex proposal drafts and submission timelines to maintain strict pursuit schedules and estimator handoffs. Draft standardized client‑facing correspondence that reflects high‑quality craftsmanship and professionalism. Develop repeatable project case studies and marketing collateral for architects and general contractors. Identify and resolve recurring administrative gaps by creating organized checklists, templates, and SOPs. Manage project photography and content capture for high‑standard visual storytelling on the company website. Support federal and institutional qualification requests to expand the company's reach in regulated sectors. Required Qualifications & Experience Exceptional written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pursuits. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with CRM or ERP systems. Ability to work independently, close loops, and follow through without constant direction. Professional presence and judgment to communicate with high‑level stakeholders and federal contracting officers. Skill in creating structure and repeatable systems from recurring administrative tasks. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience with Procore, Innergy, or Buildertrend. Experience supporting public, institutional, or federal proposal processes (GSA, SAM.gov). Basic experience in graphic layout, web CMS management, or photography coordination.
