Moffitt Law is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to focus primarily on criminal defense and family law cases. You will manage your own caseload, represent clients in court, and play a key in the firm. If you’re a confident litigator who values client relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Manage divorce, custody, legitimation, modifications, and other family law matters
* Handle misdemeanor and some felony criminal cases as assigned
* Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
* Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
* Negotiate settlements and plea deals
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
* Contribute to building systems and expanding the firm’s practice areas

Qualifications:

* Licensed to practice law in Georgia (required) Will consider someone who is waiting for Bar results
* 2+ years of experience in family law or litigation preferred but not required
* Courtroom experience in either family or criminal law strongly preferred
* Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
* Able to manage caseload and deadlines independently
* Professional, compassionate, and client-focused

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary: $115,000–$125,000 per year
