Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree
• Must possess a fundamental understanding of the standard concepts, practices and procedures of accounting/bookkeeping.
• Five (5) years in an accounting or financial role; healthcare-related preferred.
• Proficiency with a computerized accounting system.

Position Summary

The Accountant is primarily responsible for performing a wide range of accounting tasks in general accounting, which are routine in nature; reconciles accounts, posts journal entries, processes expense invoices, verifies information, performs daily balancing including researching and solving outages, files and prepares accounting reports.
