Pay $55~$60 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Virginia. Current X-Ray certification in Virginia. Current CPR certification. Ability to perform all essential duties and tasks required of a dental hygienist. Demonstrated commitment to providing gentle, patient-centered care. Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-player attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration. Ability to commute to and, if necessary, relocate to Harrisonburg, VA. Job Description Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately document findings. Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays). Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Monitor patients oral health and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans. Perform all tasks required of a Registered Dental Hygienist with precision and gentle care. Maintain a sterile and organized operatory according to infection control guidelines. Collaborate effectively with the dentist and other team members to ensure seamless patient flow and outstanding care. Foster a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
