GameDay Men's Health is hiring a PART-TIME Certified Medical Assistant for its Carmel and Fishers location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:

-This is part-time work, if you need full time then probably not the best job for you

• Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients (2+ Years of Experience Required) if you can't straight needle then don't apply as we do 10-12 sticks per day

• Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) - 10-12 of these per day

• Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

• Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

• Assisting medical providers with patient care

• Greeting patients

• Assisting in lab operations

• Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

• Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

• Heavy Office Management work with computer experience required

• Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

• Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

• Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
