About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Corporate Quality Systems to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Quality Leadership Team, responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the global quality system. This role is pivotal in ensuring the development, manufacture, and distribution of medical devices in compliance with a range of regulatory standards, including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and various international medical device regulations. The VP will lead the quality and compliance transformation, build a high-performance quality culture, and work cross-functionally to integrate quality system infrastructure across all facilities. Essential duties include fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, leading the identification and resolution of quality issues, and supporting interactions with regulatory bodies. Applicants for the VP, Corporate Quality Systems position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 18 years' experience in a leadership role, particularly in highly regulated industries, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, including experience with process design, change control, auditing, and document management systems. Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and experience with direct contact with regulatory bodies is essential. The role demands a leader with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. The candidate should be adept at driving performance, enabling talent, and be prepared to travel as needed.
