Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments and diagnose mental health conditions in individual and group settings. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals. \n
- Offer regular counseling sessions whether via video call or telephone to support clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other disorders. \n
- Equip clients with coping strategies and tools to foster resilience and promote mental wellness. \n
- Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers or specialists as necessary, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our EHR system to track client progress and treatment outcomes. \n
As a mental health counselor at Wellness Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use issues. You will utilize culturally responsive methods to create a safe space for clients, understanding their unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of four years of clinical experience working in mental health counseling. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
