Client Services Associate Project Manager

Job Summary The Associate Project Manager will assist senior Client Services peers through effective project management coordination and execution within the Client Services Global Resourcing Team supporting North America clients from other geographies. The incumbent is primarily responsible for ensuring the client receives proper service through proactive attention to planning, analysis, execution, and close‑out of a project. They will provide day‑to‑day direction to the client and internal teams according to client requirements and company standards. Essential Job Responsibilities Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy by verifying and communicating routinely with both the client and internal partners. Convert client requirements into operational work requests, monitor progress, and proactively update stakeholders on deadlines. Obtain, examine and prepare client data for intake. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data. Handle review platform (DMX or Relativity) specific items—including user requests, database management (archiving/deletion), creation of layouts/views/fields/choices/highlighting, creation and execution of STRs, batch set management, and reporting. Provide matter‑specific support on items such as privilege log generation, media tracking, and project‑specific reporting. Understand project budgets and obtain required approvals before incurring additional costs outside of project estimates. Ensure continuity of client service between shifts by providing clear handoffs and client updates. Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables. Participate in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with teammates to standardize and improve the customer experience. Control all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production, including development of project plans, balancing client requirements, fostering relationships, and reviewing financial and billing information in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Qualifications & Characteristics Minimum three‑year consulting, litigation support, paralegal or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department or eDiscovery service provider. Overall experience of four to five years. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Hands‑on experience working on Relativity. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Business Intelligence tools is highly desirable. Demonstrated success working on multiple simultaneous projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating a “white glove” approach to service. Client relationship skills including proactive client expectation management and the ability to recognize client needs. Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry trends. Flexibility to work night shift timings and occasionally on weekends. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $70,000 to $75,000 USD annually, potentially eligible for an annual bonus.
