Qualifications

Here's What You Need: Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or Associate's degree in nursing required or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required. 1 year of Med-Surg and/or Post Acute Inpatient Rehab experience preferred RN Registered upon hire required and BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention training annually within 90 days required and FIM Functional Independent Measure within 6 months required and ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire preferred and CRRN Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse upon hire preferred A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
