Radiology - X-Ray

The X-Ray Technologist performs radiographic procedures requiring a solid understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology. This role demands a high degree of technical competency and the ability to act with initiative and ingenuity with minimal supervision while applying ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in both adult and pediatric radiology settings. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using x-ray equipment. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Provide quality radiographic images following established protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals. Schedule This position operates on a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation required, including weekend coverage. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist. Current certifications: ARRT (Radiography), SCRQSA (Radiography), BLS, and CPR.
