Our CompanyBrightSpring Health ServicesOverviewThe Executive PMO is looking for a forward-thinking, independent Strategic Projects Consultant who will work on BrightSpring’s most strategic initiatives including Merger & Acquisition Integrations (50%), Business & Workforce Productivity (30%), and Strategic Cost Elimination (20%). This is a highly visible role working under the guidance of the Executive Committee, Senior Leadership and department heads. Strategic Project Consultants on the Executive PMO team are high-performers and are identified as future leaders within BrightSpring’s portfolio of businesses.ResponsibilitiesObjectives of this RoleOversee strategic business initiatives ranging from mergers & acquisition integrations, strategic cost elimination, and business and workforce productivity, under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental headsAssist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plansImprove current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivityDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesServe as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding project updates, proposals and planningDevelop and maintain partnerships with outside operators – including business owners and third-party vendorsMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputsReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed – escalating issues as necessary based on project work plansMaintain weekly project status reports including progress on important milestones, next steps and risks/ issuesResearch and analyze complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organizationEvaluate data and metrics to propose new strategies to improve project delivery and develop reports that portray and give external stakeholders visibility into the project landscapeWork at multiple organizational levels, ranging from executives to the frontline operators, working across functional areas, and understanding the needs and requirements across the organizationMake recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices that align with BrightSpring’s goals and compliance standardsEnsure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement scheduled milestonesWork closely with assigned teams on process improvement and proactively engage with stakeholders to identify and monitor progress and issue resolutionQualificationsEducation, Experience and CertificationBachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree is a plus3-5 years of consulting experience is a plus Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Change Management certification preferredAdvanced user of Microsoft office suite products Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem resolution skills with high attention to detail, organization, timeliness, and accuracyStrong understanding of information technology platforms and information systemsExercises independent judgment in carrying out the details of the work according to applicable regulations, company policies and procedures Extensive knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and practices with strong business acumen Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company including at an executive level Capability of working responsibly with highly confidential information and of maintaining composure under duress Strong personal computer skills, including spreadsheet and database usage, Excel and MS Office toolsAbility to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment Strong multi-tasking ability Personal AttributesMust be proficient in use of office equipment including, but not limited to telephone, computer, calculator, or copierProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentStrong interpersonal and oral communication skillsAdept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manualsAbility to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAbility to conduct research into hardware and software issues and products as requiredAbility to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly languageHighly self-motivated and directedKeen attention to detailAbout our Line of BusinessBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
