We enjoy our team, LOVE what we do, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager who enjoys owning the accounting function, improving processes, and being a trusted business partner.

This isn't just another bookkeeping position. You'll play a key role in helping leadership make sound financial decisions while ensuring our day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Payroll reconciliation and support
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• General Ledger maintenance
• Month-end and year-end close
• Financial statement preparation
• Sales tax reporting
• Maintain accurate cash flow reporting
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Work closely with leadership on financial reporting and business analysis
• Coordinate with our CPA for tax preparation and annual review
• Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle
• Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
• Excellent Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills
• Staffing industry experience is a plus but not required
