Job Title: Senior Manager, US social media Location: Cambridge, MAAbout the JobThe Senior Manager, US Corporate Social Media plays a pivotal role in bringing Sanofi’s corporate brand to life across social channels in the United States. This position supports our corporate social media strategy across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, optimizing efforts that reinforce our commitment to patients, communities, and our people while advancing Sanofi's business priorities. As a creative and strategic communicator with experience developing and executing social media campaigns, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and operations — bringing above-brand/corporate storytelling to life through creative conception, content execution, and cross-functional partnership. Reporting to the Head of Social Media as part of the US Communications team, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to global digital counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders.
