Job Location: Middletown, RI 02842.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care

Requirements:

Must be LPN licensed in State / or Compact License (Multi-States License)
BLS/CPR Required
Covid Card Preferred
1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
