Your Responsibilities

• Identify and source healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your network
• Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR career opportunities and ascertain their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep our applicant tracking system updated with accurate records
• Earn commission for meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and candidates hired from your leads

Your Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based, commission-only position. This structure allows for unlimited earning potential and no cap on your success.
