Job Responsibilities:

● Perform general labor, sandblasting, and industrial painting duties

● Prepare surfaces and apply coatings according to project requirements

● Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

● Work effectively as part of a team

● Travel to job sites as needed

● Complete a DOT-compliant drug test, as required

Job Requirements:

● Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn

● Ability to work in hot, physically demanding conditions

● Ability to work 40–50 hours per week or more, depending on project needs

● Willingness to travel

● Ability to pass a DOT-compliant drug test

● Previous sandblasting or industrial painting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

● Ability to follow instructions and work safely
