As an LMFT with Spring Flow Center, you will operate in a hybrid environment, working both remotely and from our outpatient office located in Plano, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, preferences, and recognized therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation and emotional support for individuals and families regarding treatment options and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to client needs.

• Stay current with developments and research in the field of mood disorders to refine treatment methodologies.

• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be working with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients from diverse backgrounds, including those facing significant life challenges, such as homelessness, refugee status, or domestic abuse. Your compassionate and empathetic approach will foster trust and facilitate open communication, essential elements for effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
