Job SummaryThis position shall have overall responsibility for the contractor's quality control management program to include maintaining and overseeing the quality control management program for entire contract.Primary Job FunctionsAdminister quality control management programResponsible for overall quality assurance programMonitor and inspect all delivery orders for complianceMaintain records of inspections and certificationsPrepare monthly reports depicting findings of quality inspectionsPeriodically review the quality control program to ensure complianceExamine processes for preventative and corrective maintenance; make suggestions based on findingsPerform inspections and re-inspections to ensure problems have been resolvedCollect data for the DMLSS system including work orders and equipment historyEducation, Experience and CertificationREQUIRED: Associate degree in related fieldREQUIRED: 5 years' experience in preparing and enforcing quality management programs (QMS) on contracts of similar size, scope and complexityPreferred: OHSA CertificationsREQUIRED: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality control evaluation, inspection, and reporting within construction or facility management operations, plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting healthcare facilities of similar size and operational complexity.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE proceduresAbility to conduct accident investigations and safety inspectionsStrong written and oral communication skillsTravel RequirementsWhat percentage of their role do they have to leave their base location?
