Pay: $2797.60 weekly


Shifts: M-F Days, weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• Utilization Review: Collaborate with the Care Team
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments to drive discharge
• Drive stay progression and expedite patients' transitions to the next level of care
• Provide comprehensive and accurate Epic documentation
• Work primarily in assigned units but cover other units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• State of Indiana RN License or compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of Inpatient Case Manager experience
• Competent with MCG and InterQual
• Prefer certification in Case Management
• BLS Certification
