Riverside Community Care Love what you do! Outreach Specialist - Youth & Family Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Outreach Specialist! In this vital role, you will join a compassionate, person-centered team that partners with families in their homes and communities to strengthen safety, resilience, and connection. Responsibilities Build trusting, supportive relationships with youth and caregivers while providing safe, therapeutic, and skill-based interventions that enhance social, emotional, and family functioning. Play an active role in behavior support, collaborative limit setting, and crisis intervention, helping families navigate challenging moments with care and respect. Connect youth and families with meaningful community and program resources so they can build on their strengths and move toward their own treatment goals. Provide transportation to treatment-related activities and events, making it easier for families to fully participate in services and reach their goals. Work closely with Program Management, Home-Based Clinicians, and the Treatment Team to ensure services are well-coordinated, responsive, and truly centered on each family’s needs and voice. Schedule Full Time, 40 hours. Flexible hours between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. to meet the needs of the families.
