We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Second Grade Teacher to join an elementary school team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging instruction, and support the academic and social-emotional growth of students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons in core subjects.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Teaching License required.
• Master’s degree and/or Reading Endorsement preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience working with early childhood or elementary students.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
